Miuccia's Fall 2012 collection showed her funky and colorful side. At first glance, I was a bit disappointed to see some of her candy-like designs, but once I see how the garments move as the models carry them one by one, I was shocked. Seeing Ruby Aldridge walk down the runway as her clothes move in motion was amazing. Hair and make-up done by Pat McGrath and Guido Palau complimented the clothes so well. The embellishments on the military-inspired coats were scattered beautifully so as not to overshadow the whole look. This collection upgraded the standards of womenswear for this year. I'm looking forward to seeing the next season's collection.
